Description

You will manage the configuration, implementation, and administration of the IFS Assyst platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement IFS Assyst workflows based on organizational requirements.
• Perform system administration, including user account management, support group changes, and workflow enhancements.
• Develop custom integrations and reporting through requirement gathering and end-user interviews.
• Monitor system performance using diagnostic tools and dashboards.
• Manage the application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of direct experience working with IFS Assyst.
• Proven experience leading the implementation, integration, and configuration of ITSM platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the ITIL framework.
• Experience in all phases of the application lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Competency in requirement gathering and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• Experience with system performance monitoring and diagnostics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing application code and user acceptance testing cycles.
