Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of IFS (Integrated Facility Services) projects from planning through implementation and tracking. Own project milestones, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IFS project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SLAs.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, resources, and timelines.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation to keep projects within financial constraints.
• Utilize project management tools to maintain documentation and reporting standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise with IFS systems and Integrated Facility Services processes.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools for scheduling and tracking.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Familiarity with facility management workflows and operational metrics.
