Description

You will manage end-to-end IFS ERP implementations, system upgrades, and optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for IFS ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Coordinate with product vendors and clients to ensure delivery meets timelines and requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Manage project budgets, track key performance indicators, and milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with IFS ERP and legacy systems.
• Proven experience in project management and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with IFS ERP implementations and system upgrades.
• Direct experience managing client and vendor relationships, including negotiations.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Effective problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve project risks.
• Willingness to travel weekly.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Understanding of legacy system integration with modern ERP solutions.
