Description

You will architect and design control and Ignition SCADA systems to align with plant and machine KPIs, owning the integration of PLC, IT, and OT technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect Ignition SCADA systems, including databases, Tag Providers, Edge/Enterprise, and foundation drivers.
• Develop Python scripts to automate processes and enhance system functionality.
• Design and visualize Plant and machine KPIs within the Ignition environment.
• Integrate multiple PLC and IT/OT technologies for seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution fits.

Required Skills

• Ignition Gold Certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ignition SCADA system design.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for Ignition.
• Deep understanding of Ignition architecture, databases, and Tag Providers.
• Experience with PLC integration and design.
• Familiarity with Plant and machine KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sepasoft modules.
• Knowledge of HMI design principles.
