Description

You will develop and maintain SCADA systems and PLC logic for industrial automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SCADA systems using Ignition components.
• Configure Vision, Perspective, Reports, Alarms, and SQL Bridge modules.
• Manage tag systems and Historian data.
• Execute Ignition upgrades and implement scripting solutions.
• Develop PLC logic and integration workflows.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in automation engineering.
• Expertise in Ignition SCADA, including Vision and Perspective.
• Proficiency in Python and general scripting.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Bridge and Tag systems.
• Experience with Web Services and Historian.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and development.
• Experience with .NET development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Rockwell PLCs.
• Background in Java, Agile methodology, or the Pharma/Life Sciences industry.
