You will develop technical solutions to meet business needs by collaborating with technology partners and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and identify root causes to drive appropriate technical resolutions.
• Manage issues and proactively follow up with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely task completion.
• Identify project risks and establish contingency plans or work-around solutions throughout the project life cycle.
• Communicate technical status and project updates to Director and VP level leadership.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and analysts to implement business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of leadership experience within the mobile space.
• Experience with Amdocs and mobile billing systems.
• Hands-on experience in the Telecom industry.
• Proven ability to manage projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong workflow analysis and process integration skills.
• Experience acting as a Release Manager.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous issues in complex, changing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Solution Architecture or technical support.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or software discipline.
