Description

Lead technical solutions for mobile billing systems, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define and drive requirements. Manage release lifecycles and issue resolution for Amdocs-based platforms while ensuring alignment with VP-level leadership expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile billing solutions using Amdocs and related telecom frameworks.
• Manage release cycles and issue tracking, ensuring timely resolution of technical blockers.
• Communicate complex technical root causes and strategic solutions to director and VP-level leadership.
• Drive issue resolution by proactively following up with developers, testers, and analysts across all levels.
• Identify project risks early and implement contingency plans or workaround solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development or technical project management.
• Deep expertise in Telecom domain, specifically Mobile Billing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Amdocs platform and tools.
• Proven experience as a Release Manager or in similar technical leadership roles.
• Strong background in issue management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work effectively with VP-level leadership and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience creating formal and informal presentations for executive audiences.
