Description

You will lead the technical direction of integration projects and guide development teams through the full lifecycle of IIB-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of integration solutions using IIB message flows, message sets, and ESQL.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to developers through code reviews and design inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within MQ architecture environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Manage project deliverables, including estimation, resource allocation, and timely deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integration development.
• Deep expertise in IIB architecture and technologies.
• Proficiency with ESQL, XML technologies (XSD, XSLT), and message transformations.
• Hands-on experience implementing REST web services and other integration patterns.
• Experience with MQ architecture principles.
• Competency in version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to build BAR files and manage property overrides.
• Strong analytical skills for debugging and testing integration flows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams and making high-level architectural decisions.
