Description

Build and optimize ETL processes to load external data feeds into warehouse and data mart tables.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance ETL jobs for data loading into warehouse and data mart tables.
• Support User Acceptance and Integration testing by researching anomalies and refreshing data.
• Tune ETL processes and user queries to improve performance.
• Automate production ETL processes and document workflows for the production team.
• Collaborate within an agile team to evolve data platform services.

Required Skills

• 3+ years designing and implementing ETL processes with distributed databases.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong proficiency in SQL query writing and optimization on distributed databases.
• Experience with AWS technologies.
• Deep understanding of relational, star schema, and dimensional data models.
• Experience with schema design, data loading, and data replication.
• Practical experience working with distributed databases on a cluster or platform.
• Experience working within an agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Kafka.
