Description

Manage and support SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations for large enterprises with over 50K identities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom rules, workflows, and certification processes.
• Manage infrastructure maintenance, including system upgrades and patches.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and P1/P2 incident bridge calls.
• Oversee technical operations by performing code reviews and enforcing coding best practices.
• Advise junior team members on technical implementation and change control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity management.
• SailPoint Engineer certification.
• Hands-on experience with OOTB connectors: SAP S/4, GRC, Hana, Active Directory, Azure, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with REST and SCIM connectors.
• Experience managing large-scale identity environments (50K+ identities).
• Strong background in infrastructure maintenance and system upgrades.
• Degree in any field.
