Description

You will lead the migration to a new IIS platform by executing the PHII Migration Toolkit and managing all project lifecycle activities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and dependency mapping.
• Lead requirement gathering and partner analysis to define project scope, objectives, and constraints.
• Define data migration workflows, including mappings, transformations, and validation rules.
• Coordinate pilot migrations and comprehensive testing to validate data accuracy and completeness.
• Manage change management, including communication plans and training strategies for internal and external users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis roles.
• Proven experience with data migrations and data profiling activities.
• Strong background in Business Analysis (BA) to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Experience managing Quality Assurance (QA) processes and data validation.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for developing training plans.
• Experience working within the healthcare sector.
• Ability to coordinate complex migrations involving multiple internal and external partners.
