Description

You manage and support web server environments and network configurations for IIS, Citrix NetScaler, and load balancing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer IIS web servers and ASP.NET environments.
• Manage certificate handling on NetScalers and web servers.
• Administer internal and external DNS and manage authentication protocols including Basic, NTLM, Kerberos, and SAML.
• Monitor network traffic and packets using Netmon or Wireshark.
• Handle reverse proxy support and firewall configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT technical experience with networking and software installation.
• Deep understanding of HTTP protocol and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019.
• Knowledge of AWS CloudFront and Azure configuration/load balancing.
• Hands-on experience with Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption.
• Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) and LDAP concepts.
• Familiarity with ITSM environments such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

Preferred Skills

• Splunk installation and configuration.
• Experience with application migration across platforms.
