Description

You will develop and apply image-processing methods and pipelines using conventional techniques and deep learning within a digital pathology context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new AI-powered image analysis algorithms.
• Design and execute image analysis workflows tailored to biological questions.
• Collaborate with pathologists and computational scientists to integrate workflows across departments.
• Perform statistical analyses and data visualizations on image datasets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computer sciences with an interest in biomedical sciences.
• Proficiency in Python, including standard packages for image segmentation and statistical analysis.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Ability to use commercially available image analysis software.
• Strong communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Experience with iterative design processes and incorporating frequent feedback.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital pathology whole slide image analysis and commercial software like HALO.
• Proficiency in R, MATLAB, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
