Description

You will engineer, secure, and maintain iManage document management systems and related cloud applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain iManage document management systems and cloud platforms.
• Write scripts, code, and workflows to automate the iManage platform.
• Administer, patch, and upgrade applications within Microsoft Windows and Azure environments.
• Provide Level III support, troubleshoot root cause issues, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Collaborate with architects and QA teams to define test cases and implement enterprise initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• Direct experience installing and upgrading iManage products.
• Expertise in iManage Document Management Systems.
• Experience with SaaS and Enterprise Applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Azure environments.
• Ability to write scripts and workflows for platform automation.
• Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of AI technologies and their integration with DMS.
