Community Engagement Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to manage Community Engagement initiatives, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, governance, reporting, and implementation of risk assessment tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program activities, workstreams, timelines, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate with Sustainability, Communications, Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Real Estate, and GDC teams.
• Lead meetings, governance forums, leadership reviews, agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
• Consolidate inputs for MBRs, leadership reviews, and executive reporting.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, reports, and communications.
• Support rollout, training, adoption, and user support for Community & Regulatory Risk Assessment tools.
• Track adoption, completion rates, stakeholder feedback, milestones, budgets, spend, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, dashboards, and audit-ready records.
• Identify process improvements and track progress against annual goals and deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of project, program, or operations management experience.
• Strong cross-functional project and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent organization, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience with project/program trackers, dashboards, governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing budgets, spending, commitments, or forecasts.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
