Must-Have Skills 

5+ years of project, program, or operations management experience.  

Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.  

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.  

Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.  

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and preferably Copilot.
