Description

You will support, manage, and implement compliance and security tool infrastructure in a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain healthy tool agents across Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and perform detailed root cause and post-incident analyses.
• Provide attestations to internal and external audit teams regarding SOX and PCI regulations.
• Document processes, designs, configurations, and lessons learned to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage vendor relationships and deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of cybersecurity technical experience or highly technical systems engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in UNIX troubleshooting and Linux/Unix command line utilities.
• Experience with PKI, including requesting, renewing, and applying SSL certificates at the OS and Web GUI levels.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Experience managing database solutions such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Hands-on experience with incident handling for security breaches and following ITIL change management procedures.
• Ability to use JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Experience with data analysis and manipulation using Microsoft Excel.
• Background in deploying systems via VMware vRA.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA Security+, CISM, or CISSP certifications.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Puppet, Bolt, Chocolatey, or Jenkins.
• Expertise in creating dashboards using Grafana, PowerBI, or SharePoint.
