Description

Join the Migration Operations team to execute customer migrations into Alma. You will own the technical execution of data transfers from various Library Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer migrations using existing internal tools.
• Collaborate with Professional Services teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful data transfers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data formatting and structure.
• Analyze and handle data files during the migration process.

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of experience with SQL (Oracle, MySQL).
• 0-2 years of experience with Linux or Unix environments.
• 0-2 years of experience with Excel VBA.
• 0-2 years of experience using Eclipse or similar workspaces.
• Proficiency in handling XML, CSV, and JSON file formats.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with migration tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Library Management Systems.
