Description

You will manage technical software implementations and client system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and implementation plans.
• Analyze client systems and workflows to identify integration gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless software deployment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to educate clients on system functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in implementation or technical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency using Postman for API testing and validation.
• Strong banking domain knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Any Graduate degree.
