Good to Have Skills: Familiarity with basic networking concepts including IP whitelisting, firewall configuration, and connectivity diagnostics. Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms and background in working with version control systems and task tracking systems would be beneficial.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including project planning, setup, and technical implementation
• Support installation and configuration of the BlueOptima platform for client deployments
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to all clients, resolving basic integration issues and platform configuration problems
• Monitor and manage ongoing client data health, proactively identifying and resolving data collection issues
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience across clients, continuously reducing onboarding time
• Train client-side system administrators to independently manage platform operations and system maintenance
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to support rollout of new features and provide client feedback

Experience Required: 4+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously with detail-oriented and highly organized approach
