Description

You will manage the deployment, configuration, and technical support of software solutions on client systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure .NET web applications, IIS servers, and SQL servers according to project specifications.
• Manage Active Directory configurations including LDAP and Azure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using logs, debugging tools, and system monitoring.
• Resolve client tickets within defined SLAs and provide technical support for installation and configuration.
• Configure operating systems, network settings, and firewall rules to meet project requirements.
• Document all integrations and review use cases with Product Managers and Solutions Architects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation or support roles.
• Hands-on experience deploying .NET web applications and IIS servers.
• Proficiency with SQL Server installation and querying.
• Experience configuring Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure.
• Knowledge of DNS, IP, SSL, and hosting environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows applications, services, and console applications.
• Ability to configure network settings and firewall rules.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with client UAT and application training.
• Experience in technical support roles.
