Description

You will design, deploy, and optimize enterprise threat solutions for large-scale financial environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize threat platforms including SkyHigh Secure Web Gateway, F5 SSLO, Trellix FireEye, and Blue Coat ProxySG.
• Lead technical planning, risk mitigation, and deployment sequencing for complex implementations.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering and Security Architecture teams to support new technology adoption.
• Adhere to project close-out practices including database updates, asset tracking, and records retention.
• Manage multiple priorities while following structured processes and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise threat solutions in financial or large-scale environments.
• Deep engineering experience in threat platforms, including low-level design, deployment, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of DMZ networking, secure network segmentation, and Cisco routing and switching.
• Administrator-level ability with UNIX/Linux systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to work nights and weekends to support change activity.

Preferred Skills

• Programming skills in sh, Perl, Python, Golang, C, or C++.
• Security and networking certifications (e.g., ISC2 CISSP).
• Banking industry experience.
