Description

You will manage technical implementation, troubleshooting, and production support for complex application environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and execute mitigation and resolution techniques for production issues.
• Collaborate with partners and COTS vendors to implement production fixes.
• Manage application deployment, including load balancer changes, firewall rules, and certificate renewals across applications, databases, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot performance degradation and system issues using monitoring tools.
• Provision AWS resources, including EC2 instances and EKS clusters.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience with Core Java, Unix, Shell Scripting, and Python.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and EKS clusters.
• Experience managing RabbitMQ and IBM MQ.
• Direct experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins jobs and Ansible scripting.
• Working knowledge of Kibana, New Relic, and Grafana for monitoring.
• Experience with WebSphere and Apigee.
• Ability to manage application deployments and infrastructure configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Pega platform.
