Description

Manage technical setup and configuration of client portals to ensure successful product implementation.

Responsibilities

• Configure NICE products and portal features for new and existing clients using platform-specific tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation phase and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document configuration steps and develop process plans to improve implementation workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Engagement Managers to support product enhancements.
• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while adhering to project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring NICE portals.
• Experience in implementation or technical support within contact center implementations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Technical degree or relevant coursework.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or JavaScript.
