Description

You will manage the implementation and configuration of ERP and WMS software solutions for North American clients during PST night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Customize ERP and WMS software to align with specific client business requirements.
• Execute data migrations from legacy systems using Excel, CSV, and text data manipulation.
• Perform data mapping, validation, and proofing to ensure integrity and completeness.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues during deployment.
• Communicate via email and virtual meetings to provide project updates and gather client feedback.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software implementation or technical data migration.
• Direct experience with ERP or WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Manhattan Associates.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, CSV, and text-based data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for client interaction.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability in data validation and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work the night shift according to PST timings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer success strategies and client adoption workflows.
