Description

You will manage end-to-end software implementation cycles from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, and UAT.
• Manage project stakeholder expectations and conduct regular status and executive governance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, QA, and Support teams to ensure seamless handovers.
• Identify project risks, manage issues, and suggest product enhancements to address functional gaps.
• Summarize and present implementation results to global clients and internal team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation for business applications like ERP, CRM, or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise software such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency with SQL and databases including Oracle and SQL Server.
• Strong Excel skills for data management and analysis.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing technical requirements and embedded QA procedures.
• Understanding of professional services workflows and project management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing CRM or specific product suites.
