Description

You will lead the migration of call centers and VOIP Mitel phone systems to the Teams platform and implement the Concord Fax system.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technological requirements by consulting with product owners, subject matter experts, BIT, and 3CLogiC.
• Lead and coordinate development teams and vendors to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Manage project design, development, and implementation to ensure delivery is on time and within budget.
• Establish project governance and monitoring controls.
• Mentor and train state personnel in project management to facilitate future handovers.
• Coordinate vendor-led training for DSS staff and provide direct training for Managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience with project design and development lifecycles.
• Direct experience managing migrations to Teams platforms.
• Ability to work with 3CLogiC and VOIP Mitel systems.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordination.
• Ability to work on-site in Pierre, SD with required travel.
• Any Graduate degree.
