Implementation Project Manager for Teams

You will manage the migration of DSS call centers and VOIP Mitel phone systems to the Teams platform and the implementation of the Concord Fax system.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technological requirements through consultation with product owners, subject matter experts, BIT, and vendor 3CLogiC.
• Lead and coordinate development teams and vendors to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Manage project design, development, and implementation to ensure delivery is on time and within budget.
• Establish project governance and monitoring controls.
• Mentor state personnel in project management and facilitate vendor-led training for DSS staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience with project design and development lifecycles.
• Direct experience managing vendor relations, specifically with 3CLogiC.
• Ability to manage large-scale telephony migrations (Mitel to Teams).
• Experience implementing Concord Fax systems.
• Proven ability to define technical requirements and coordinate with BIT and product owners.
• Any Graduate degree.
