Description

You will lead the migration of DSS call centers and VOIP Mitel phone systems to the Teams platform, alongside implementing the Concord Fax system.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technological requirements by consulting product owners, subject matter experts, BIT, and vendor 3CLogiC.
• Lead and coordinate development teams and vendors to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Manage project design, development, and implementation to ensure delivery remains on time and within budget.
• Establish project governance and monitoring controls to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Mentor state personnel in project management and facilitate vendor-led training for DSS staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Direct experience managing vendor relations, specifically with 3CLogiC.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale telephony migrations from Mitel to Teams.
• Experience implementing Concord Fax systems.
• Experience with project design and development lifecycles.
• Ability to define technical requirements and coordinate effectively with BIT and product owners.
• Any Graduate degree.
