Description

You will manage the migration of call centers and VOIP Mitel phone systems to the Teams platform, alongside implementing the Concord Fax system.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technological requirements by consulting with product owners, subject matter experts, BIT, and vendor 3CLogiic.
• Lead and coordinate development teams and vendors to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Maintain project governance and monitoring controls to keep design, development, and implementation on time and within budget.
• Mentor state personnel in project management practices to prepare resources for future function takeover.
• Execute the full project lifecycle, including providing manager training and facilitating vendor-led staff training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability in project design and development.
• Experience managing large-scale migrations, specifically telephony or VOIP systems.
• Ability to coordinate between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience with project governance and monitoring controls.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
