Description

You will own the primary installation and implementation of network and digital solutions for clients in the Peoria area.

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, and customize client systems following hardware or software purchases.
• Assess and remediate existing infrastructure to support new solution deployment.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and IT/biomed teams to address security concerns and customer requirements.
• Provide instruction on equipment operation, diagnostics, and repair to personnel.
• Maintain customer service logs, technical project plans, and post-warranty records.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience installing and configuring network equipment including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Demonstrated experience communicating and remediating networking infrastructure issues.
• Understanding of cyber security vulnerabilities and best practices for system protection.
• Experience implementing disaster recovery procedures.
• 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car for local travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA Network+ and/or CCNA certifications.
• Willingness to be available after hours and on weekends for critical issue coverage.
