Description

Lead implementation efforts within the Airlines group, managing the lifecycle from initial configuration to customer go-live.

Responsibilities

• Execute low-level product configurations using SQL and XML files.
• Partner with clients to define application requirements and document technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot product issues alongside customers and manage bug reporting and follow-ups via JIRA.
• Document project details, wireframes, and UI edits to facilitate seamless hand-offs to Support teams.
• Identify opportunities for new automation tools or scripts and coordinate development with engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation or business analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and low-level configuration.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA for bug tracking and task management.
• Ability to work with XML files and manage data-driven configurations.
• Experience working with MS-Access and Excel for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience in the airlines or aviation industry, specifically in client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to create technical documentation, including wireframes and troubleshooting guides.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills for bridging gaps between clients and development teams.
