You will manage multiple client projects, overseeing software implementations and user training for small to large scale clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from implementation through to support.
• Deliver training and software implementations for a diverse client base.
• Travel to client sites for on-site meetings and project requirements.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and responsive communication.
• Manage client expectations and maintain positive relations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP domain within Manufacturing, Construction, or Project-based industries.
• Proficiency with SQL Server.
• Experience using Crystal Reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven client management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Any Graduate degree.
