You will manage end-to-end implementations and training for small to large-scale clients, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle implementations and conduct training sessions for diverse client scales.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, on-site support, and issue resolution.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and clear communication.
• Manage client expectations and sustain positive professional relationships.
• Execute project requirements independently or as part of a team.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of professional experience in implementation or support roles.
• Strong domain knowledge of ERP within Manufacturing, Construction, or Project-based industries.
• Proficiency with SQL Server.
• Experience using Crystal Reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven client management capabilities.
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with small to large-scale enterprise clients.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
