Description

Manage end-to-end software implementations and ongoing client support to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle software implementations for small to large-scale clients.
• Conduct user training sessions and on-site requirement gathering meetings.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and expectation management.
• Balance independent execution with team collaboration to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the ERP domain, specifically in Manufacturing, Construction, or Project-based industries.
• Proficiency with SQL Server for database management and complex queries.
• Experience using Crystal Reports for generating and managing reports.
• Proven client management skills with a track record of maintaining positive relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
