Description

Lead technical implementation projects and manage hardware and network deployments for large-scale concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale, concurrent projects from start to finish.
• Perform hardware configuration and Windows 10 operating system installation.
• Maintain equipment tracking, asset management, QC, and inventory control.
• Create technical documentation using Visio and Excel.
• Provide direct customer service and professional communication during implementations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
• Familiarity with cabling specifications such as Cat5 and multi-mode fiber.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, Excel, and Visio.
• Solid desktop computing skills and Windows 10 configuration.
• Ability to handle technical documentation and asset management.

Preferred Skills

• B.S. in Computer Science or trade school completion.
• A+ certification.
• Working knowledge of Service Manager.

Any Graduate Qualifications: · B.S. in Computer Science preferred / or trade school · A+ Preferred · Requires a working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), routers and switches. · Should be familiar with cabling specifications (Cat5) and multi mode fiber. · Requires solid desktop computing skills including hardware configuration, operating system software (Win10) as well as the MS Office suite of applications. · Familiarity with equipment tracking, asset management, QC and inventory control. · Must be able to work with multiple large –scale, concurrent projects. · Excellent customer service skills. · Working knowledge of Service Manager preferred · Ability to do technical documentation (Visio, Excel, etc) as required. · Minimum of 2 years related work experience. · Must present a professional appearance and be able to communicate effectively.
