Description

You will own the end-to-end compliance process for international import and export shipments, ensuring strict adherence to EAR and Customs regulations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EAR and Customs regulations for all import and export activities.
• Provide compliance guidance to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Collaborate with shippers and freight forwarders to verify documentation accuracy.
• Monitor and facilitate daily compliance and due diligence processes.
• Manage timely receipt and processing of import and export declarations.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in customs and international trade compliance.
• Deep knowledge of EAR and Customs regulations.
• Hands-on experience with import and export operations.
• Proficiency in managing freight and logistics management workflows.
• Ability to work directly with shippers and freight forwarders.
• Strong understanding of international trade documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with internal and external parties for compliance issues.
• Background in logistics management within a trade compliance context.
