Description

You will support Telco Cloud infrastructure and IMS core elements remotely across US time zones.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Telco Cloud infrastructure, including VNF/VM instantiation, orchestration, and management.
• Configure systems using Heat templates and JSON configurations.
• Support IMS core elements including CSCF, TAS, iSBC, MRF, BGW/MGW, and DRA.
• Maintain network stability during maintenance windows and extended support hours.
• Process and analyze data using large Excel spreadsheets.

Required Skills

• Experience with IMS elements: CSCF, TAS, iSBC, MRF, BGW/MGW, and DRA.
• Proficiency with JSON configurations.
• Knowledge of SIP and Diameter protocols.
• Understanding of 5G core architecture and IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Telco Cloud orchestration and VNF/VM instantiation.
• Ability to work across any US time zone.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
• 1 year of experience.
