Description

Own the process engineering and quality management for silicon solar module manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update process procedures and specifications for individual machines.
• Optimize processes using automation to achieve production targets and reduce rejects.
• Monitor machine parameters frequently and maintain process checklists.
• Analyze daily production reports to ensure consistent output and improve yield.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for troubleshooting and cost improvement.

Required Skills

• BE/BTech degree with minimum 8 years of experience.
• Mandatory experience in Solar Cell & Module Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFMEA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and RCA.
• Strong statistical analysis skills for process improvement and sustainability.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive cost improvement projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating new materials for better output.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
