Description

Provide technical expertise throughout the sales lifecycle for IMS solutions, bridging client requirements with internal delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical discovery and assessment sessions.
• Drive the technical response process for RFI and RFP submissions.
• Develop detailed technical proposals and pre-sales support documentation.
• Translate complex client requirements into formal proposals.
• Bridge technical gaps between clients and internal delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or similar technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud infrastructure and networking.
• Proficiency in Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Network Operations Center (NOC) workflows.
• Experience managing IT Service Desk (ITSD) workflows.
• Ability to manage technical discovery and client assessments.
• Any graduate degree.
