Description

You will manage inbound stock processes and inventory reconciliation within an SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Create daily picking activities and receive stock from co-manufacturers, IMS, and vendors.
• Troubleshoot SAP and receivals issues to support the operations team.
• Reconcile over and under receipts by working with internal and external distribution centres and vendors.
• Investigate damages or physical shortages and provide evidence for variances between SAP, physical stock, and delivered handling units.
• Archive inbound documentation and perform monthly reconciliation of Chep and Loscam accounts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data gathering and review.
• Experience working within an FMCG environment.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and investigate inventory variances.
• Strong time management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or any graduate qualification.
