You will lead the response for major IT incidents within a banking domain environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident management (MIM) processes and coordinate response efforts.
• Drive incident calls to provide direction and status updates to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and track the implementation of corrective actions.
• Document incident details, actions taken, and final resolutions in the management system.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in IT incident management.
• Proven track record in Major Incident Management (MIM).
• Experience working within the banking domain.
• Ability to coordinate technical troubleshooting across multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong documentation skills for incident reporting and post-incident reviews.
• Any Graduate degree.
