Key Responsibilities:

• Lead incident command during high-impact outages and ensure swift resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage and resolve critical incidents
• Drive root cause analysis and implement systemic problem resolution strategies
• Oversee large-scale change events with minimal service disruption
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in Incident Management
• Deep knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and operations engineering
• Expertise in reliability architecture, automation, and observability
• Proven ability to manage high-impact incidents and drive resolution
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
