Description

You will triage and address security alerts in an in-house SOC environment, managing the full lifecycle of real-time incidents.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security cues from multiple sources including tools, alerts, and communications.
• Perform big data log analysis to identify cybersecurity risks and threats.
• Develop scripts to support security operations and technical workflows.
• Manage the full lifecycle of alerts in a rotating 4x10 shift schedule including day, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within an in-house Security Operations Center (SOC) or security team.
• Proficiency in SQL and SPL (Splunk Processing Language) for querying data.
• Technical experience in big data and scripting.
• Strong understanding of application security and information security engineering.
• Experience with cyber threat intelligence and threat hunting.
• Background in big data log analysis.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Developer background or experience as an Application Security Developer.
• Experience with AI, penetration testing, or Red Teaming.
• Digital forensics skills and experience in cybercrime investigations.
