Lead Oracle reporting, dashboard development, and technical team mentoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OTBI, BIP, FAW, and Smartview reports and dashboards.
• Translate functional specifications into technical designs through requirement gathering.
• Lead the team by providing ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
• Create detailed plans and accurate estimates for build, system testing, and implementation.
• Identify application issues, provide technical solutions, and participate in testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Apps Technical Consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Extensive experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and OTBI Subject Areas.
• Proficiency with BIP (BI Publisher) using RTF and ETEXT format templates.
• Experience with FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse) and Oracle Smartview.
• Ability to comply with coding standards and performance measures.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
