Description

You will lead large-scale enterprise IT projects from planning through to successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing internal stakeholders and contracted resources to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans, including defining user requirements, deliverables, and approval processes.
• Define roles and responsibilities for project team members and users.
• Communicate project status, risks, and obstacles to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor lower-level Project Managers by providing guidance and recommending training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with the Information Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management tools.
• Proven ability to translate technical SDLC concepts for business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to develop project plans and risk registers.
• PMP Certification.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects as a Senior IT PM.
