Description

You will lead the design process from initial product concept to functional prototype.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities by analyzing market needs and consumer preferences.
• Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.
• Research materials and techniques to support product development.
• Sketch drafts manually or digitally and use 3D modeling software to design components.
• Produce prototypes, test functionality, and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive creative design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or in a similar industrial design role.
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools and 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency with design programs including Illustrator and Sketch.
• Ability to mix colors, shapes, and techniques creatively.
• Strong time-management and adaptability skills.
• BSc / MSc in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering, or a relevant field.
