Description

You will lead the design process from initial product concept to functional prototype.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities by analyzing market needs and consumer preferences.
• Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.
• Research materials and techniques to support product development.
• Skillfully mix colors, shapes, and techniques to create innovative designs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive creative design experience.
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools and 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency with design programs including Illustrator and Sketch.
• Strong time-management and adaptability skills.
• BSc or MSc in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to produce prototypes, test functionality, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
