Responsibilities

• Execute Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies.
• Manage complex projects from planning through execution and monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to drive informed engineering decisions.
• Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies to streamline engineering workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or engineering roles.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) principles.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
