Description

You will optimize warehouse and distribution operations through process analysis and automation implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse processes using Lean Six Sigma, time studies, and value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Lead automation and process change projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.
• Design facility layouts, optimize slotting, and define material flow to maximize resource utilization.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure and sustain operational improvements across shifts.
• Prepare capital expenditure proposals (CEPs) and new product cost estimates.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, layout design, and operational analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and modeling tools (Excel, Power BI, Access or equivalent).
• Experience with warehouse or ERP systems (Microsoft D365, Manhattan, SAP, or similar).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Process Kaizen Engineering (PKE), or Performance Control System (PCS).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
